I am Miranda Bouldin.
CEO. Defense Contractor. Educator.
My story
Built from the inside out.
I have spent more than two decades inside the defense contracting world — not observing it, not consulting from the outside, but delivering. Logistics support for THAAD. Cyber operations for NCIS. AI-enabled systems for Army programs. Workforce training for the people who keep critical infrastructure running when it matters most.
What I saw over those twenty years was a consistent gap. Defense contractors — especially small and mid-tier businesses — were being asked to operate in an increasingly complex threat and compliance environment with training resources that were never designed for them. Generic cybersecurity courses built for corporate IT departments. Government contracting seminars that covered the basics and stopped there. Nothing that reflected the actual intelligence picture, the actual acquisition environment, or the actual stakes.
GovRoad Academy exists to close that gap.
Every course I build here draws from real threat intelligence, real federal policy, and real operational experience inside DoD programs. I am not teaching theory. I am translating what I know — from the contract vehicle to the adversary tradecraft — into training that produces a measurable outcome for your organization.
If you are a defense contractor, a program manager, a cybersecurity professional supporting government work, or a small business owner trying to compete and win in the federal market, you are exactly who GovRoad Academy was built for.
This is the training I wish had existed when I started.
